Ready to open a new account? Here's what you'll need:
• Driver's License and Social Security Number - Whenever you open an account, your identity and proof of U.S. residency needs to be verified.
• A $5 opening deposit - This establishes your membership (or ownership) in OU Credit Union. If you apply online, you can make your initial deposit by visiting a branch, mailing a check, or through an electronic transfer from another financial institution.
• Parent co-owner - If you haven't celebrated your 18th birthday yet, you'll need to have a parent be a co-owner of the account.
