MSUFCU has partnered with Card Updater powered by Strivve. Card Updater allows you to instantly update your MSUFCU credit and/or debit card information effortlessly and securely wherever you shop and subscribe.

How It Works
• Navigate to the The Lab icon located at the top of ComputerLine and the hamburger menu of the MSUFCU Mobile app and select The Lab under Accounts.
• Select the Card Updater tile.
• Select the card that you wish to use and click 'Continue' after verifying your contact info.
• Select from the list of merchants that you wish to update your card
• After selecting the merchants, enter your username and password credentials for each one

Can I update multiple merchant sites at once or do I have to do them one at a time?

You can update multiple merchant sites in one session. This streamlines the process and saves time. Follow the app's prompts to select the merchant sites where you want to update your card details.

Can I change to a different card later?

You have full control over your payment details. You can visit the merchant sites individually to put in your new card details at any time. You can use Strivve's service again to update your card information across multiple sites in one session.

What happens if I need to update two different cards on my account?

Card Updater can update multiple cards. Complete the process for your first card. Then, start a new update process for your second card. This function is restricted to MSUFCU cards only.

What if I forgot my login for my online shopping and subscriptions?

You'll need your login details to update your card information on each merchant site. If you don't remember them, use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" options which are typically available on most websites to recover or reset your credentials.
