OU Credit Union's security protocols keep track of your ComputerLine® sign in patterns and normal account access behavior. If someone attempts to sign into your account from an unfamiliar browser or device, they will be asked one of your security questions. Multiple incorrect answers will result in the account being locked.

Verification Codes

MSUFCU members have the option to set an additional layer of security to their ComputerLine® and mobile app sign-ins by choosing to receive a verification code sent via text message, email, or automated voice message. Members can designate to receive the code at every sign-in, or only when signing in from an unknown device.

Visa Fraud Alert Management

For additional card security, OU Credit Union uses Visa's Fraud Alert Management to monitor your card activity to help identify and prevent fraudulent transactions.
