I'm being prompted to activate my card but I don't have it, never received it, or don't want to activate it. What do I do?
If you never received a card or are no longer in possession of it and are shown an available card to activate within your account, please contact us and we will block the card for security purposes and send a new one. Please note that cards typically arrive within 7-10 business days and are delivered to the mailing address on file.
If a card isn't used often we still recommend activating your card but also using the Card Lock feature within ComputerLine or the mobile app by selecting Card Controls/Management to protect from unauthorized transactions yet retain access to the card for cases of emergency or access to an ATM. If you have a card you don't wish to activate, you may contact us for support.
