Why can't I use Pay Bills on mobile?

If it is your first time accessing our Pay Bills portal or you have not accessed it since August 2022, please log in via our website, navigate to MoveMoney > Pay Bills, and then review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Once you have completed this, you will be able to utilize the Pay Bills portal in the app and website. In addition, please make sure that your mobile app version is kept up to date for the best experience.
