There are several options available to make payments to first mortgages! We offer manual one-time payments or recurring payments, and you may pay from an internal OU Credit Union account or from another financial institution.

If you keep funds on deposit with us:
• You can transfer a payment to the mortgage by using MoveMoney > Transfer Money (located in ComputerLine or the OU Credit Union Mobile app).
• For recurring payments, our Mortgages team would need to set it up for you. Please call 517-333-2424 and ask for the Mortgage Servicing team.

If you primarily bank elsewhere but have an OU Credit Union checking account:
• You can use our Pay Bills system to withdraw funds from your other financial institution to then transfer to your mortgage.

If you do not have a checking account with us:
• For manual payments, you may consider setting up the payment on their side using your full mortgage loan number as well as our routing number 272479663.
• For recurring payments, our Mortgages team would need to set it up for you. Please call 517-333-2424 and ask for the Mortgage Servicing team.

Other options include:
• Depositing a check to your OU Credit Union savings account and then transferring the funds to the mortgage.
• Visit one of our branches to make a payment in person.
