Will my deposits and withdrawals post to my account if I only provide my base account number?
We recommend utilizing the full account number (base account + two-digit share ID for all transactions. While using the base number may work in some instances, it may get rejected from our systems.
The Share ID specifies which account the funds will be deposited to (savings or checking), and will ensure that your debit or credit is processed correctly.
This I.D. number is listed next to the name of the share or loan in ComputerLine®, the mobile app, and on each account statement.
