How do I verify my identity with Visa Fraud Alert Management?
If our Fraud Alert Management Team determines that a card transaction needs additional review, they will send a text message to you at the mobile number on file to confirm the charges, asking "Yes" or "No". If no response is received, you will receive an automated call and will be asked to verify your address, birthdate, and the last four digits of your SSN as a security measure. You will NEVER be asked to provide your full Social Security number, Visa card number, account number, or PIN.
If we are unable to contact you regarding the charges on your OU Credit Union Visa, your card may be temporarily blocked to prevent any further unauthorized activity.
If you have additional questions please contact us.
