To add a person as a joint party on your account, please send a completed Membership and Account Application with information and signatures for all parties who will be on the account.

Please stop in to any branch, or mail the application to:

Be sure to include your current account number, all completed joint party information, and signatures from all current account owners as well as the new joint party's signature. "

Remove
To remove a joint party from an account, the joint party must complete the Assignment of Interest form. This form should be signed by all joint parties who are relinquishing their rights to the account number indicated on the form. If we are unable to verify signature(s), a Notary may be required for verification.

This form is not applicable to business, organization, or trust accounts, and cannot be used to remove an individual from a loan.
