Please be aware of fraudsters calling or texting claiming to be from MSUFCU. Typically, fraudsters pose as employees of credible organizations to verify unauthorized transactions on your account. They may also ask for personal information such as a credit/debit card number, PIN, username, and/or password to online financial accounts, and a secure one-time access code.
If fraudsters are provided with this information, they may have the opportunity to gain access to financial accounts and perform unauthorized transactions. MSUFCU will never ask for your PIN, an access code, or other sensitive financial information to verify your identity.
If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email from someone claiming to be from MSUFCU, please notify us immediately. For more security tips, visit our
