Fraud Management

For additional card security, OU Credit Union uses Visa's Fraud Alert Management to monitor your card activity to help identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. If card activity outside of your normal spending pattern takes place, Visa Fraud Alert Management will call to verify the charges.

Your OU Credit Union Visa Credit Card also includes ID Navigator Powered by NortonLifeLock. Which provides cardholders with the tools to help keep them informed of potential threats to their identity and act quickly should the unexpected happen.

Visa Card Lock puts the security and use of your OU Credit Union Visa Card in your hands by allowing you to lock and unlock your Visa card from ComputerLine® or the OU Credit Union Mobile app. By locking your card, no one will be able to make purchases - including authorized card holders. Recurring transactions using this card will not be declined.
