The Credit Union Annual Meeting will be held at 5:30pm ET on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Building 1 of the OU Credit Union Headquarters, located at 3777 West Rd. in East Lansing. Members can attend in person or virtually and a link will be sent via email 30 minutes prior to the meeting (if attending virtually).

An election to fill three (3) board of director positions will be held during the meeting. There were no nominations received, and the Nominating Committee selected by the board of directors nominated the following candidates to stand for election:

Angela Brown, Greg Deppong, and Steven Kurncz. Annual reports will be available at the meeting.

As the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, there will be no nominations from the floor and the election will be conducted by voice vote rather than ballot.
